Hi! I'm Jin, a PhD student in Architecture with a Designated Emphasis in New Media at UC Berkeley. As a research fellow in the Bakar Fellows Program and the BIOMS group, I am fortunate to pursue my research under the guidance of Professor Maria Paz Gutierrez. My research is on computational design, exploring design and human interfaces, and AI-powered human factor analysis. I found myself asking, how much biodiversity can we truly hold; this is also a question of how sustainably architecture can address the diversity of coexistence and symbiosis.
